There is so much to say about Don and the tuk tuk drivers. One thing that really sticks out to any one that gets to know them is that they really just enjoy life, Don especially.
Some of my favorite parts of the day are riding in the tuk tuks and learning Khmer from Don. He’s just a naturally funny guy and one thing you’ll find out pretty quick is that he loves his tuk tuk. You’ll understand after you hear the tuk tuk song… Not only does he love his tuk tuk but he loves Jesus and he has such a servant’s heart. Looking pass his funny joking exterior you can see his deep love for the Lord and willingness to serve Him everyday.
Even though he may not have much in material possessions, his unwavering joy and love for people are continuously storing up treasure in heaven. Don is a real blessing to be around and I praise God for his life and abundance of light in a place filled with darkness.
